Unable to see/track my digital gold investment?

Hi I am unable to see or track my digital gold investments which I have made through the ticker tape app since last night. It’s still not visible. What’s the issue ??

Same issue here: 'something went wrong.' I raised a ticket, but this feels like a complete scam. Here’s why:


  1. No confirmation email or invoice regarding the purchase. How can we trust a platform that doesn’t even provide basic documentation?
  2. No communication about this issue—no email, no notification on the platform. How can they just stay silent when something like this happens?
  3. Zero trust for future investments. If they can’t handle this situation professionally, why should we trust them with our money in the future?
  4. No complaint email ID, no phone number, no chat support. There’s literally no way to reach them. How is this acceptable for a financial platform?

This is beyond unprofessional—this is borderline scam behavior.

Yes the problem is solved, we can see our investment. But I have also stopped my SIP’s and withdrawn the amount. Yes the amount is also still not credited. Also there’s a big difference of 300 ₹ when I sold the investment. The live price was 7312 & it only was sold for 7000. Don’t know why. All these things doesn’t want to make us continue with this app anymore.

Doing it now. Strange isn’t it ? When we want to start sip or take their premium membership, then the money can instantly get debited from our account, be it a holiday or midnight whenever. But when we want to withdraw our money, most of the companies will come up with the same bullshit of 3/4 working days, public holiday, we’ll get back to you on Monday, office hours blah blah blah.

I can't see my gold investment since morning, it's happened 2nd time. If there is issue then resolved it or i have to see other options.

Yes, and their customer care number is also not reachable. What should we all do? There is any other way to connect with them on call ??
