Yes, we totally agree. It just so happened that the feature you requested is already on our roadmap and should be added to our toolset within the next couple of months. We will keep you updated whenever it's available.

We understand your concern here. While we encourage your feedback and suggestions, the implementation of these depend on several other factors such as the overall vision of the product, several priority fixes etc.taking the whole product into consideration.

Show this ticket to your CTO & your sales head. This is the single most reason why people are walking away from tickertape and you are losing sales. This should take minutes to deploy and please don't reply with a standard canned response.

Its not big rocket science to add feature of adding watch list more than default 3 watchlist, if you cant do that , I doubt if you have this your own product.

However, the implementation of these requests depends on various criteria, whether they fit into our vision for the product or not and a few more filters.
Also, sometimes most common and frequent requests are prioritised over others.
